Rheem has announced plans to acquire Nortek Global HVAC (NGH), a leading air conditioning manufacturer based in Missouri, from Madison Industries. NGH operates manufacturing in Mexico and a distribution center in Missouri. Rheem’s President of Global Air, Mike Branson, praised NGH’s innovative history, collaborative culture, and customer commitment, noting how its products and market channels will complement Rheem’s business.

The acquisition, pending regulatory approvals, will integrate NGH into Rheem’s Global Air division. Founded in 1925, Rheem is a global leader in heating, cooling, and water heating solutions. It is known for its energy-saving, sustainable products, which are available in over 80 countries.
